These files contain functional interaction networks derived using the COG mode in the STRING database. Each file has three columns, which contain two node IDs and the associated confidence score. The node IDs are in most cases a single ORF number; in the rare cases where Mycoplasma pneumoniae has several genes belonging to the same orthologous group, these IDs are separated by "/".
