K2d: Prediction of percentages of protein secondary structure from CD spectra

This tool has been updated at K2D2

Input protein CD data in the window (41 CD spectrum data points ranging from 200 nm to 240 nm in one column).
Data must be given in deg cm^2 dmol^-1 multiplied by 0.001.
[input example]

Generate a CD spectrum using a linear combination of the reference spectra

Provide the values of secondary structure as frations:
alpha helix: (e.g. 0.65)
beta strand: (e.g. 0.17)

Use one or both from the following reference sets:
poly(L-lisine) at different pH and temperature (Yang et al. 1986 Methods Enzymol 130:208-271).
based on 15 proteins of known structure (Chang et al. 1978 Anal. Biochem. 91:13-31).
