- 8 chromosomes from the nuclear genome were sequenced at 24X coverage using Roche 454 FLX and XLR technologies and assembled into 20 scaffolds with an N50 length of 2.85Mbp.

- Protein coding genes from the nuclear genome were predicted using AUGUSTUS gene prediction software. These were annotated using comparative analysis of 12 fungal genomes using the eggNOG orthology pipeline.
