STEP 15

In this step the estimations calculated in Step12 are visualized in Figure 6b. The visualization allows assessing the distribution of sex- and diet-dependent effect sizes on all complexes (with ≥5 protein members), also highlighting effects on abundances and darker colors effects on stoichiometry.
